Alison Doody

Alison Doody was born in Dublin in Ireland on November 11, 1996. The model is as well an Irish actress. Her feature film debut was a small role in The James Bond film A View to a Kill. (1985). Later, she portrayed Nazi-sympathising Archaeologist Elsa Schneider (Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade 1989). She starred alongside Pierce Brosnan in the film Taffin (1988) before she took probably her most high-profile part ever as Austrian Nazi-sympathiser and archaeologist the Dr. Elsa Schneider in 1989's Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade playing opposite Harrison Ford. Doody is part of the James Bond family, having acted along with Sean Connery and Jonathan Pryce in 1989's Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade. Doody appeared in the 1991 British miniseries Selling Hitler with Jonathan Pryce. The film was based on The Hitler Diaries publication scam. Doody later moved to Hollywood. It was her choice to succeed Cybill Shepard in the role of L'Oreal spokeswoman. She was later cast alongside Charlie Sheen as Flannery, his wife and agent on the film Major League II. After a long absence from the stage Doody came back to acting, and acted in a tiny role in 2003 British comedy movie The Actors with Michael Caine acting as herself in an award ceremony scene. In 2004, she appeared alongside Patrick Swayze as a television adaptation of King Solomon's Mines. She played a role as a character in Benjamin's Struggle, a 2005 publication about the Holocaust. Doody was as a character in Danny Dyer 2010's The Rapture. Then, she appeared in the RTE the medical drama The Clinic. She was scheduled to also be the star of a remake in 2011 of the horror classic The Asphyx. However, that project eventually stalled.
